Vendor Requirements

  • All vendors must provide proof of insurance coverage to the “Pedricktown Day Committee, Inc.” Please return insurance certificate with completed form and payment by September 25, 2026.
  • All food vendors must have/display an up-to-date Salem County Dept. of Health Certificate.
  • All food vendors are responsible for their own clean up and must bring their own waste receptacles.
  • We strongly encourage food vendors to bring tables and chairs for their customers
  • If bringing a tent, please provide weights to anchor the tent in the case of strong winds
  • Non-profit groups must provide their own equipment such as tables, chairs, umbrella and/or tent, as well as trash cans and trash removal. The Pedricktown Day Committee does not provide these services.
  • ALL vendors - You must finish unloading by 8:30 am and keep your display up until at least 3 pm. In some locations, you cannot leave before 3 pm due to street closures. Thank you for your cooperation.
